SecureOps Product Guides

Start with a defined security workflow. These guides explain the supported setup and the decisions your workspace owner needs to make.

Get access to the right workspace

Request a walkthrough or workspace access. Approved users sign in or accept an invitation, verify their work email, and complete the required workspace setup. Existing members should use the invitation sent to their own email.

Establish ownership before importing records

Identify the people responsible for assets, risks, incident follow-up, and evidence review. Confirm the scope and permissions with your workspace administrator before adding sensitive records.

Record evidence with its review context

Keep evidence linked to the relevant control and record collection and validity dates. Review file eligibility and freshness; missing or stale information should remain visible as a gap.

Verify a source before relying on it

Wazuh and signed collectors require supported configuration, customer authorization, and verification. A manual record is useful context but is not a live monitoring signal.

Review before sharing

Check the scope, recorded facts, and intended recipients of a report. AI-assisted output requires human review. Follow your organization’s retention and disclosure policies.
