Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund, cancellation, renewal, upgrade, and downgrade terms are governed by the customer agreement and selected billing method.

Guided demos, pilots, custom implementation, and white-label deployments may use separate proposal, deposit, milestone, and support terms.

Card billing is available only when it is confirmed for the customer account; otherwise plan requests follow the documented manual review process.
